The Cultural Arts & Marketing Division takes pride in its ability to grow and cultivate new projects that enhance and promote Oakland and the multitude of artists working here. Special Projects include Art & Soul, the Oakland Artisan Marketplace, and the Craft & Cultural Arts Gallery.
